In every project the width of the steps is 1 meter as that is the requirement of the approving authorities. However in this project it is more then 1 meter. None of the residents damaged their furniture nor the newly built complex while moving in. More over one gets a different feeling while walking up or down the stairs.

The balconies provided in GRANDEUR are almost twice the size of normal balconies, it's almost like a veradah. We can actually place a recliner in the balconies and unwind ourselves over the weekend.

Initially when we booked an apartment in GRANDEUR, we were told that there would be 2 elevators one with automatic doors and other with manual doors. Later we were told both elevators would be with automatic doors considering aesthetics but none of the clients were charged extra. We appreciate this as the company compromised on their profits but did not fail to deliver.

I am lawyer and currently employed with a mining firm. I booked an apartment in GRANDEUR, I liked their design and quality of work hence I decided to book an office in their commercial project AFFLUENCE which I can use for my practise few years down the line. The final output of their projects is always of top most quality.

We had been looking for a villa for almost 3 months, we booked a villa in SERENITY because every villa has provision for 2 car parkings and also a separate servant room and toilet. None of the villa projects in the vicinity and the entire town has these provisions.
