Meet Avez Shaikh, the driving force behind Mohidin Properties & Holdings (MPH). Avez’s journey in the world of real estate is marked by a passion for creating spaces that not only redefine living but also contribute to the betterment of the community.

In 2006, Avez embarked on a remarkable journey, founding MPH with a clear vision in mind. Since then, under his leadership, MPH has constructed and developed more than 1 million square feet of real estate, leaving a lasting imprint on the Goan real estate landscape.

Currently, he serves as the Secretary of CREDAI Goa, actively contributing to the growth and well-being of the real estate industry in the region. His dedication to shaping the future of Goa extends to his role as a Board Member of the Goa Town and Country Planning Department, where he actively participates in planning the state’s urban development.

Avez Shaikh’s exemplary contributions have not gone unnoticed. In recognition of his outstanding leadership and commitment to excellence, he was honored with the Business Excellence Award in 2020 by the Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
