Once you have shortlisted the plot of land or project in Goa that you are interested in, please follow these steps:
- Appoint a lawyer to verify the property titles and documents.
- If you are buying an under construction project, check for the RERA registration of the property.
- Sign an Agreement of Sale with the developer/ land owner and define the schedule of payments therein.
- Finally, execute the Sale Deed to finalise the purchase.
